How to make Okonomiyaki

  1. Slice the cabbage very thinly, about 0.3 centimeters thick, then cut it into pieces that are 3 centimeters long.
  2. Combine the flour, dashi, and egg in a bowl and set aside.
  3. After peeling the nagaimo, grate it. The nagaimo and the cabbage should be added to the flour mixture.
  4. Put the vegetable oil in a frying pan that has been preheated to a medium-high temperature.
  5. Place two spoonfuls of the batter in the hot frying pan. and form a circle around the speaker.
  6. Place your preferred ingredients in the topmost position. Cook until the underside is a golden brown color.
  7. Turn the meat over, then wait until it is completely done.
  8. Place on a plate and top with okonomi sauce, mayonnaise, green onion, and nori. Serve immediately.
